This is a modification to a "Drain Blaster" drain clearing tool that is available from ebay or Amazon. It uses a a pump to build air-pressure in an integral air tank and then blasts it down the sink/toilet/shower drains to clear clogs.
There are several versions of the drain blaster out there. The one I used has a right-angle pump section and an air tank diameter that is about 76-73mm.
Some Nerf modders repurpose the Drain Blaster to shoot foam darts or missles.
This is my version of one such modifcaton. It's a single-shot bolt action, brass barreled foam dart sniper rifle. It has an o-ring sealed bolt that pushes a dart into the barrel. The drain blaster shoots air up a 90-degree transfer port and the dart is propelled at high-speed out of the barrel.
This blaster has no sights, but the receiver has a nice flat top to which you can add rails or whatever you want.
And do realize that this blaster is not a "toy". In the wrong hands it is fully capable of leaving welts or taking out an eye or worse. Please use responsibly.
