Rektify - Fully Automatic Foam Dart Blaster

Rektify is a sophomorically named full-auto foam dart blaster. It is compatible with 130 to 180 sized DC brushed motors (possibly only 130 as a pusher though it may fit without a voltmeter), and accepts most magazines compatible with Hasbro Nerf blasters (compatibility with Buzz Bee mags is not guaranteed). Additional design features include a horizontal flywheel cage, 14mm bore, flat-top with a full-length of picatinny rail, and top-loadability. It accepts full sized or submini microswitches for its flywheel and pusher switches, but only submini sized ones for its cycle control switch.

Optional additions include: Voltmeter mount, kill switch mount, an internal battery tray (89x52x20mm), a stock mount that doubles as a tray door, and an entire printable stock that includes a significantly larger battery tray (125x50x30mm). The scotch yoke pusher can either be one with a dwell or a simple straight slotted yoke (former may result in more reliable cycle control, latter is easier on the gearbox). Cage options are currently limited to 43mm center distance and an optional dart guide, future updates may include additional options as well as an Eclipse compatible cage.

Assembly requires M3 screws varying from 5mm to 14mm in length (as well as four 25mm screws as outliers), preferably with hex or torx heads (and allen key compatible with them will be crucial for joining components such as the magwell to the body and flywheel cage). M3 washers are recommended and even necessary with certain screw lengths which are less than perfect. Additionally, a few M3 nuts are also required for battery tray doors. 2.5 to 3mm drill bits are highly recommended, most all screw holes are intentionally on the tighter end of tolerances. On top of that, one 30mm extension spring for the magazine release, M2x4-5 screws are required to mount the flywheel motors, M2x10 screws for submini switch mounting, an Arduino TT gearbox is required to make the pusher function, and 33 to 37mm flywheels (currently any superstock flywheel on the market).

The CC0 license is there for a reason. Do whatever you want with this thing, edit it however you want, sell it even, and don't even ask me. I don't care. It's all yours.
