Nerf Rival McCree Stefan/Elite adapter

Untested yet, adapter for the Mc cree rival pistol to convert it to shoot stefans (you ll need to cut some sheel to be able to shoot full length darts), files for 15mm pvc pipe, and brass pipe for the inner barrel (1/2, 9/16, 17/32, 19/32)
